This was not an Oxford University expedition.
However it carried on the long tradition of OUCC expeditions to
the Picos de Europa, and involved some OUCC members and a wide range of cavers from
the UK and beyond.
The Expedition's aims were:
- to continue exploration of Pozu Jultayu via the newly connected Cave of the Singing Pasteur;
- to investigate other ways into the same system potentially via Tras La Jayada;
- to search for ways into the gap between downstream Pozu Jultayu and the resurgence at Culiembro.
